Hon. Egain hails the court of appeal ruling in favour of Deputy Governor elect

The Leader and Patron of the Egain Support Group, Hon. Ebiango Egain, former Chairman Ogbia Local government area and cousin brother to former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan hail the judgement of the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division which set aside the ruling of the Federal High Court against Sen. Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo, Deputy Governor elect of Bayelsa State.
Hon. Egain in a press statement issued in his Yenagoa resident congratulated the Deputy Governor elect and the APC family in the State for the court victory. He also expresses confidence in the judiciary as last hope of the people.
He equally stated that the judgement is a clearer reflection of the APC's acceptability by the people of Bayelsa State.  The Ogbia Local government council former boss  said that he is disappointed at how the PDP as a sinking ship could stoop so low to institute a frivolous case that have no legal bearing in the political space because of their burning desire for personal  aggrandisement and a means to get into power through the backdoor having been completely rejected by Bayelsans in the November 16th poll. He posited that Bayelsans should be weary of such politicians as they would come all out to impede the desired development the APC would put in place as soon as it  come to power by February 14th 2020.
He urged the good people of Bayelsa State to keep faith with the incoming government of the All Progressive Congress (APC) as a new chapter has been open in the development of Bayelsa State beginning from February 14th,  2020 when the APC will be at the helm of affairs in the State.
