Hon, Egain Congratulates Chief David Lyon of his recent court victory

The Leader and Patron of the Egain Support Group, Hon. Ebiango Egain,  former Chairman,  Ogbia Local government Council and a staunch chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) congratulate His Excellency Chief David Lyon, Governor Elect of Bayelsa State and his Deputy, His Excellency Sen. Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo on their victory at the Court of Appeal, Port-hacourt Division.
Hon. Egain while reacting to the judgement of the court, said it is a clear prove that Chief David Lyon is a popular demand and command the will of Bayelsans as well as the large population of APC members in the State. He equally seize the medium to express joy and also hail the Judiciary for the fair administration of justice. The former local government Council boss call on Bayelsans to rally round the incoming administration. He expresses confidence in the ability of Chief David Lyon to bring good governance to the doorsteps of Bayelsans. He also  said the victory is not just for the APC but for the entire people of Bayelsa State because a new dawn has come to stay ..

The victims of PDP Campaign Rally in Nember have called on the governor of Bayelsa State to come to their aids. As some of them that sustained high profile injuries and  also lost properties worth thousands of naira, are yet to be compensated by the government. Two of the victims named Tombra Felagha and Teke Toruyai spoke with us and display their displeasure the way the government is handling the issue. "They told us to appear on an inquiry panel constituted by the governor which we did and we also filled forms. We were interviewed and also wrote our properties that were lost as a result of the ugly incident. We were promised to be given the monetary values of our property lost. As I am speaking to you , none of the government officials has called us. Our fear is that the government is about to wind up that is why we are using this medium to call on the governor to come to our aids". If nothing is done, we are going to stage a peaceful protest to lodge our complain...
